Triple Bill Performance: Three dynamic new works by Australia's leading independent artists

A dynamic night of professional contemporary dance performance at Warners Bay Theatre, baramayiba. Choreographers: Tra Mi Dinh, Anton and Sara Black create original short works on Catapult's professional Company. Thursday 28th and 29th August 2025 @ 7.30pm.

Regional Performance Program: 30th & 31st August

A professional dance and multi-disciplinary performance program of curated short works held at Warners Bay Theatre on August 30th & 31st 2025 @ 7.30pm. The program of works will be announced closer to the Festival dates.

Workshops with Leading Choreographers

The Impact Festival will be hosting a workshops with professional artists: Tra Mi Dinh, Anton, Kristina Chan and more across Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st. The workshops are fro emerging and professional artists across the two days. Registration for the workshop program will open soon.

Site Specific Performances

A series of free Site Specific Performances will occur across the foreshore of Lake Macquarie. August 30th and 31st at 11am and 2pm daily.

Artist Talks with leading regional dance and multi-disciplinary artists and organisations

A series of Artists Talks will occur across the Impact Festival with leading regional dance and multi-disciplinary artists, arts organisations and more. The full program will be announced shortly.

Delivered in partnership with Lake Macquarie City Council features four days of professional dance and multidisciplinary performances, site-specific performances, artist panels, networking events, workshops, First Nations cultural protocol & ‘Safe Spaces’ workshops, and First Nations youth programming. Impact fosters regional artistic connection and audience engagement.
